- Revised and managed the Avid Certified User program, increasing certified users by 300 percent
- Designed/wrote marketing materials and web pages, and guided high school and college educators in implementing Avid training in their classrooms, enhancing the success of the ACU program
- Organized and moderated panels on the Art of Editing for the annual University Film and Video Association conference
- Developed courseware (print and online) on digital video editing for customer education. My course books were responsible for over 50 percent of all courseware revenue and 6 percent of all training revenue for the Training Services department. One of my books is the third highest revenue generator of all Avid training products.
- Launched and served as a key player in “Shop Talk,” a weekly idea/action-generating team session, resulting in improved training techniques and new revenue-generating courseware
